Ftemkos (Tim) J. Yianne joined Bell & Bands, PLLC, as an Associate Attorney in May 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yianne served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alfred E. Ferguson, the Honorable David M. Pancake, and the Honorable John L. Cummings in West Virginia’s Sixth Judicial Circuit located in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. A native of Charleston, Mr. Yianne received his B.S., cum laude, in Accounting from West Virginia University in 1997, and his law degree from West Virginia University in 2000. While in law school, Mr. Yianne completed clerkships with two prominent Charleston law firms specializing in corporate and insurance defense. While an undergraduate at West Virginia University, Mr. Yianne attended school on an academic and athletic scholarship as a member of the Mountaineer soccer team, earning four athletic letters in soccer, serving as team captain his junior and senior seasons, and earning a spot on the Big East Conference Academic All-Star Team in both his junior and senior years. Mr. Yianne concentrates his practice in medical and consumer product litigation and insurance and corporate defense. He is a member the ABA and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America .
