Andrew Stonestreet

Attorney Andrew StonestreetGraduating in the top 10% of his class, Andrew Stonestreet earned his JD from West Virginia University College of Law in 2012. He was the recipient of two CALI awards during his time as a law student and also served as the Associate Editor for West Virginia Law Review, Volume 113. Andrew was the Senior Research Editor for West Virginia Law Review, Volume 114. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Andrew is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, all West Virginia Circuit Courts, United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Andrew has substantial federal and state trial experience as well as a successful track record in representing his clients in mediation and arbitration. He successfully co-chaired a complex lawsuit that involved more than 15 plaintiffs. Andrew has experience handling tort law, contracts, wrongful termination, wrongful death, bad faith claims, and insurance defense matters.
